  • We know that unexpected things can come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at support@freshsuite.ca or call (778) 748-8459. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the booking amount will apply.

  • Absolutely! After your initial cleaning, you can choose a schedule that suits you—daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Plus, we offer discounts through our Recurring Plan for added savings.

  • We provide a one-hour arrival window to account for traffic and potential delays with previous jobs. If your cleaner hasn’t arrived within the scheduled time, please feel free to contact us at support@freshsuite.ca or call (778) 748-8459.

  • Each space is unique, and we estimate the cleaning time based on the details you provide. If we anticipate needing more time to meet our high standards, we’ll reach out at least 45 minutes before the scheduled completion to request your approval for an extension.

  • Contracts are required for commercial clients only. For residential cleaning, no contract is necessary. We believe our high-quality service will speak for itself and keep you coming back!

  • Our commercial clients are often away from the workplace while we clean, and many of our busy residential customers aren't home when we arrive. That's perfectly fine! Simply let us know the best way to access your home, whether it’s with a key or a door code.

  • Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. If you'd like to show your appreciation, 100% of the gratuity goes directly to your cleaner. You can tip them in person, through our secure booking software, or by contacting our office to have it added to your invoice.

  • We provide all the supplies and equipment needed to make your space sparkle, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

  • We know pets are part of the family! If your pet is friendly, they’re welcome to stay with you during the cleaning. If they’re a bit more cautious, we recommend crating them, keeping them in a designated room, or letting them stay outside if the weather allows.
