What We Cover & How We Price Our Cleanings

At FreshSuite, we understand every cleaning job is unique. While we offer flexible services, we find it helpful to outline the specific tasks typically included in each type of cleaning.

Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings

These cleanings cover every inch of the space, from inside the fridge and stove to the cabinets and other areas that aren’t typically accessible when someone’s living there. Because of the clear, all-encompassing scope, we offer these services at a fixed price.

Other Types of Cleanings

For standard or deep cleanings, we provide an estimated timeframe based on the scope (as outlined in our checklist below). These services are priced hourly, so you have the flexibility to book for our estimated duration or decide which areas you'd like us to prioritize.

A Quick Note on Heavy-Duty Jobs

If you’d rate your space as particularly challenging (say, an 8 or above on the “dirty scale” – no judgment!), the cleaning may require more time. We’re more than happy to take on the task, but we want to make sure expectations are clear!

What We Don’t Cover (Normally)

Certain tasks fall outside our Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out cleaning services. Generally, we avoid moving or handling heavy items that could risk damage and focus instead on tasks that ensure a thorough cleaning without compromising safety.

To clarify, we typically don’t handle:

- Household chores like dishes, laundry.

- Detailed cleaning of window blinds or shutters, which can be challenging to manage

- Significant home organization (tidying and decluttering large volumes of items)

- Moving or rearranging furniture or decor (we usually clean around and under it effectively)

Rest assured, we have a spotless track record for safeguarding our clients' belongings, and we aim to keep it that way! If you’d like us to assist with tasks from our “don’t do” list, we’re happy to discuss – we just ask for your consent, as it involves a small risk. Our top priority is always your satisfaction.

For Airbnb and short-term rental cleanings, we understand that laundry and dishes may be essential, and we’re happy to include them in these services.
